Day Six - Pelekas to Liapades

We stand on the Kaiser's Throne and admire the panoramic view of where we have come from in the south and across the Ropa Valley to the Pantokrator massif to the north, our six-hour walk for the day. We then drop down to Myrtiotissa, Lawrence ‘favourite beach in the world’.

Ermones, our next stop, could have been where Odysseus landed. The final third of our walk is through the Marmaro Hills, which are covered in ancient olive trees and a mass of flowers in the spring.
